From the first phone call to the final walk-through, we keep things structured and clear so you always know where the project stands, and what's coming next.
We meet on-site, listen to your vision, and walk through what's possible within your space, timeline, and budget.
The first meeting usually runs about an hour. We come to the property, walk through the space with you, ask a lot of questions, and start thinking out loud about what's possible. There's no pressure and no commitment. This conversation is free.
We work with your architect, or bring in a trusted local architect if you don't have one, to develop plans. Then we deliver a clear scope of work and a transparent line-item estimate.
If you already have an architect or design team, we work alongside them to finalize plans and pricing. If you don't yet, we'll bring in a trusted local architect and coordinate the design process. Once plans are far enough along, we put together a detailed line-item estimate that breaks costs out by trade, materials, and labor so you can see exactly what you'd be paying for. Typically takes two to six weeks depending on scope.
Our crew gets to work with a posted schedule. You get regular check-ins and one point of contact for the whole project.
Construction starts on the agreed-on date with a posted schedule. You get a single point of contact for the duration of the project, so there's no chasing down subcontractors or fragmented communication. Weekly progress updates keep you informed without you having to be on-site. If anything comes up that changes scope or cost, we document it in writing and get your sign-off before the work proceeds.
We don't leave until you're thrilled. Punch list, warranty paperwork, and a clean site. Every time.
We walk the finished project together, room by room. Anything that needs touching up gets added to a punch list and addressed before we close out. You get warranty documentation for everything we installed, the keys back, and a clean site with no debris and no leftover materials.
No verbal handshakes or back-of-napkin numbers. Every project comes with these documents.
